CANCELLATION POLICY

 

To secure registration, fees must be paid until the specific IMS deadline published on the website, under “Fees”.

Any unpaid registration after the deadline will be cancelled.

 

REFUNDS

Participants who have paid the registration fee may cancel their registration directly via the registration website. Refunds will be granted in the following manner:

• 100% refund (minus 10% administration fees) will be granted when the cancellation is received 21 calendar days prior to the scheduled event.
• 50% refund will be granted if the cancellation is received between 20 and 8 calendar days prior to the scheduled event.
• No refunds will be granted if the cancellation is received with fewer than 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled event.
• Any cancellation request received fewer than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the ISFG Board, who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to be taken.
• If the event is cancelled by the ISFG, registrants will be extended a full refund (100%) if the event is not re-scheduled. In case of a re-schedule, registrants will be asked if they want to maintain their registration or cancel it. In the latter case, 100% refund (minus 10% administration fees) will be granted.
